Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your order. Refunds are only available under the following conditions:

  1. Damaged product — If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of receipt with a photo as proof.

  2. Non-receipt of product — If your order never arrives, contact us with proof of purchase (receipt).

Refund Process:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded unless the item meets the conditions above.
